Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer / MERN Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/Next.js, Node.js).

The ideal candidate should have proven experience building large-scale distributed systems, handling 50K–1 lakh+ concurrent users, and driving architecture decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and performance.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of technical delivery, production-grade architecture, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, fault-tolerant applications using the MERN stack
• Design systems capable of supporting** 1,00,000+ concurrent users**
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirement analysis to deployment
• Build and optimize RESTful / GraphQL APIs
• Implement **event-driven architecture **using Kafka, RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or Redis Streams
• Design scalable MongoDB schemas, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and sharding
• Implement Redis, CDN, and in-memory caching
• Lead frontend architecture using React.js / Next.js (SSR, ISR, CSR)
• Build real-time systems using WebSockets / Socket.io
• Collaborate on** CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and zero-downtime deployments**
• Drive code quality through reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience
• Strong expertise in** Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and MongoDB**
• Proven experience handling** 50K–1 lakh+ concurrent users**
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and system design
• Hands-on experience with Redis, queues, Docker, and microservices
• Strong understanding of** security, authentication, and scalable API architecture**
• Prior experience leading technical decisions or mentoring teams
