About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Laravel Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise in Laravel along with working knowledge of React.js. You will be involved in building scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions while working closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise web applications using Laravel.
• Design and build secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with React.js developers to create responsive user experiences.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and cloud services.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, caching, and backend architecture.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work with Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Support deployment and production releases.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Working knowledge of React.js.
• Strong understanding of Core PHP, MVC Architecture, and OOP concepts.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database design and query optimization.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Familiarity with Composer, Artisan Commands, Queue Jobs, Cron Jobs, and Laravel Scheduler.
• Basic knowledge of Linux server environments and application deployment.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, caching, and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redis, WebSockets, and Queue Workers.
• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with PHPUnit or automated testing.
• Exposure to AI integrations, OpenAI APIs, or modern JavaScript frameworks is an added advantage.
