Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and React to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing,

and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.

This role requires a deep understanding of both Java for back-end services and React for building modern,

responsive front-end interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Full Stack Development

o Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for back-end development and React for front-end development.

o Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

o Build scalable and high-performance APIs and microservices.

o Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

 Collaboration

o Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using React.

o Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and improve the development process.

 Testing & Debugging

o Write unit tests and conduct regular debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application performance,

scalability, and security.

o Use test-driven development (TDD) principles to ensure the reliability of the software.

 Continuous Improvement

o Stay updated with the latest trends in web development technologies and frameworks.

o Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and security of the application.

o Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Deployment & Maintenance

o Manage deployments and application releases.

o Maintain and update legacy codebases as needed.

o Ensure continuous delivery and integration of new features and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Proven Experience

o 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

o Strong proficiency in Java and experience working with the Spring Boot framework for back-end development.

o Proficient in React for building user interfaces and creating responsive web applications.

o Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and JSON.

 Technical Skills

o Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Redux.

o Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and databases (MySQL,

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

o Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.

o Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.

 Database Knowledge

o Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

o Ability to write complex queries and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
