The candidate will work closely with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product, and other technology teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.Experience in healthcare applications, EMR/EHR systems, medical billing, insurance workflows, or healthcare technology will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applicationsDevelop responsive, user-friendly, and cross-browser-compatible frontend applicationsBuild scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIsImplement business logic and integrate frontend applications with backend servicesDesign, develop, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databasesDevelop efficient database structures, queries, indexes, transactions, and data-access layersIntegrate third-party APIs and external servicesImplement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, logging, and secure API practicesWrite clean, reusable, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented codePerform unit, integration, functional, and regression testingDebug and troubleshoot frontend, backend, database, API, and production issuesOptimize application performance, API response times, database queries, and frontend performanceParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standardsCollaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product, and other development teamsMaintain technical documentation and API documentationParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesContribute to technical architecture, system design, scalability, and technology decisionsIdentify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutionsMentor and provide technical guidance to junior developersSupport application deployment, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activitiesRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience in full-stack developmentStrong experience developing both frontend and backend applicationsStrong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.jsStrong programming experience in one or more backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, or
