About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with experience in building scalable web applications using React, Python (FastAPI), AWS, and SQL databases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python (FastAPI).
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and performance using PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Work on AI-powered features and integrations.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI).
• Experience working with AWS services.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of scalable application architecture and system design.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/LLM/Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with RAG-based applications or AI integrations.
• Understanding of Solution Architecture principles.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading modules/features.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
