About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer (Django + React) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will build scalable, high-performance web applications that handle large volumes of data while delivering an exceptional user experience.

You will work on modern technologies including Python, Django, React, PostgreSQL, Celery, and cloud-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop robust products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using Python, Django, and React.
• Build secure and high-performance REST APIs using Django REST Framework.
• Design and develop responsive dashboards, charts, data grids, and data-processing workflows.
• Create and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas with a focus on performance, indexing, and data integrity.
• Process large Excel and CSV datasets efficiently using streaming and chunk-based techniques.
• Develop asynchronous background jobs using Celery and Redis.
• Integrate frontend and backend systems while ensuring seamless user experience.
• Optimize application performance across APIs, databases, and frontend rendering.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) and Django ORM.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Hooks, Component Architecture, and State Management.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQL queries, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience handling large datasets and file processing.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and version control best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
