Full Stack Developer (Angular+ Node.js + Postgresql+ Rest API)

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features end to end — from data model to API to UI

• across our Angular front end and Node.js back end. Our platform is intelligence-heavy: large datasets,

search, and AI-driven exploration sit at its core, so you'll work close to systems that make data fast,

searchable, and useful. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not a hands-off architect seat.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across an Angular + Node.js stack
• Develop and maintain secure, performant REST APIs and backend services
• Work with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch to model, store, and surface large volumes of data efficiently
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces in Angular
• Own features through the full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and meaningful code reviews
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to turn requirements into shipped product
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help raise engineering standards, tooling, and practices
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers

What we're looking for

• 6–8 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency with Angular (component architecture, RxJS, state management)
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar) and REST API design
• Solid command of JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
• Experience with Elasticsearch (indexing, querying, performance tuning)
• Sound understanding of security best practices — especially important in a fintech/PE context
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern testing practices

Kelp · Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own work independently
• Clear communicator who works well in a collaborative, on-site team

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or Go
• Experience with vector databases and AI/ML-driven search or retrieval
• Prior experience in fintech, private equity, or other data-intensive, regulated domains
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
• Understanding of observability and monitoring tooling

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per month
