Full Stack Developer (2+ Years)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working in agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop robust backend services and database solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS for building scalable backend applications
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka
• Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets (Socket.IO)
• Good understanding of the MERN stack
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
• Solid knowledge of geospatial technologies, location-based services, and real-time tracking
• Experience with database optimization, caching, and application performance tuning
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Mandatory

• Prior experience developing or maintaining a ride-sharing application is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
