Full Stack / Backend Developer (Node.js + React.js)

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Full Stack Backend Developer to join our in-house product development team for an ongoing product-based project at Seven Infosystem. The main responsibility will be backend development using Node.js, Admin Panel, API design, database management, server configuration and distribution handaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work on existing product features, add new enhancements, and provide steady technical support.
• Manage, scale, and improve MongoDB database structures, indexing, and complex queries.
• Integrate backend APIs seamlessly with a React.js / Next.js admin panel.
• Coordinate closely with mobile application developers to fulfill frontend API requirements.
• Handle bug fixing, performance optimization, system debugging, and feature updates.
• Manage basic server tasks, including AWS server deployment and process management via PM2.
• Ensure all written code is clean, secure, well-documented, and highly scalable.
• Understand changing product requirements thoroughly and deliver stable production builds on time.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience in backend or full-stack web application development.
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Requirements

• Strong, production-level knowledge of Node.js and Express.js framework architectures.
• Hands-on, practical experience handling MongoDB database administration and query tuning.
• Proven experience in REST API development, lifecycle management, and third-party API integration.
• Foundational working knowledge of React.js / Next.js for dashboard and admin panel integrations.
• Clear understanding of core security concepts: token-based authentication (JWT), request validations, and API data masking.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), terminal deployment workflows, and process monitors like PM2.
• Excellent analytical debugging and programmatic problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to read, refactor, and build upon an existing codebase independently.

Preferred Bonus Skills

• Experience building or maintaining SaaS / multi-tenant product-based environments.
• Hands-on exposure to hybrid mobile development frameworks like React Native.
• Strict proficiency with modern version control systems (Git, GitHub) and agile deployment pipelines.

• Location: This is a strictly full-time, onsite position at our office in Rajkot, Gujarat.
