Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Title: Full Stack Architect

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore (Candidates must be based in one of these locations)

Experience: 10–15 Years

This role involves owning the end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, integration, cloud, and data layers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, integration, cloud, and data layers.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
  • Define architecture standards, API design guidelines, and data models.
  • Drive architecture decisions for scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, design artifacts, and technical decision records.
  • Design and implement REST APIs and event-driven integration architectures.
  • Define messaging and asynchronous communication strategies.
  • Design cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
  • Define strategies for compute, storage, caching, and secure configuration management.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment management.
  • Design efficient relational database architectures and performance optimization strategies.
  • Implement authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and RBAC.
  • Ensure secure application design, logging, encryption, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor Full Stack development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Promote the use of AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve engineering productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of software development experience.
  • Minimum 4 years in a Technical Leadership role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Architect.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS/GCP knowledge is acceptable).
  • Proven experience designing scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong expertise in API design, messaging, and system integration.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise system architectures.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Familiarity with advanced integration patterns and middleware platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity workflows.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.).
