Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Full-Stack development, solution architecture, Node.js, and React.js, along with experience leading technical teams and building scalable cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Lead architecture discussions and define engineering standards.
• Design REST APIs, Microservices, and system integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
• Drive cloud-native application development and CI/CD implementation.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Technical Architect/Solution Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and System Integration.
• Experience with Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and secure application design.
• Experience leading development teams in Agile environments.

Good to Have

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Azure Certifications.
