We are building an ecosystem that connects users with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, physiotherapists, fitness experts, hospitals, gyms, laboratories, and corporates while delivering personalized wellness journeys through intelligent technology.

As a founding team member, you will play a key role in building the technology that powers one of India's next-generation preventive healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the complete HiWox mobile and web application ecosystem, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.
• Build core platform modules including user onboarding, health assessments, personalized wellness journeys, appointment booking, consultations, subscriptions, payments, notifications, AI chat, wearable integrations, and analytics dashboards.
• Develop secure, scalable backend services and REST APIs while ensuring high availability, performance, and data security.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, product managers, AI engineers, data scientists, designers, and business teams to build intuitive and impactful digital health experiences.
• Integrate AI-powered recommendation systems, Wellness Intelligence Engine, wearable devices, health trackers, payment gateways, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
• Optimize application architecture, testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, security, and CI/CD workflows to support rapid product development and scale.
• Participate in technical architecture, code reviews, documentation, feature prioritization, and long-term product roadmap planning.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance user experience, scalability, and product innovation.

Who Should Apply

• Strong experience in Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Java, or modern mobile development frameworks.
• Experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, Firebase, Supabase, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, cloud platforms, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and scalable software architecture.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment, push notifications, payment gateway integration, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of healthcare applications, wearable APIs, AI integrations, or digital health technologies is an added advantage.
• Passion for solving healthcare challenges through technology.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build products from scratch.

Immediate Priorities (First 90 Days)

• Complete and optimize the HiWox mobile application and backend architecture.
• Build and refine modules for user onboarding, health assessments, consultation booking, subscriptions, and wellness tracking.
• Integrate the AI-powered Wellness Intelligence Engine with the application.
• Develop dashboards for users, consultants, gyms, and administrators.
• Implement wearable integrations, notifications, analytics, and customer engagement features.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to prioritize features and prepare the platform for pilot launches with gyms, hospitals, and corporate partners.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Our Onboarding Process Includes

• 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
• A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and execution.
• Long-term role structuring and co-founder/founding team agreement.
• Equity allocation based on contribution, ownership, and long-term commitment.
• A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.
