Frontend Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern, scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This role is best suited for candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Good experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, state management (Redux/Context API), and component-based architecture.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Ensure application quality through testing and adherence to coding standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
