About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.You will lead the creation of design, development, and implementation of user-facing features,ensuring seamless user experiences and highly performant applications. This role requires strongtechnical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building exceptional web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development● Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and responsive web applications along with mobileapplications using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React.js, React native).● Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.● Writing unit tests and e2e tests using Vitest, React Testing Library, Jest or Cypress.● Ensure efficient rendering using React best practices.Code Quality & Standards● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.● Implement best practices in code reviews, testing, and debugging.● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, Collaboration.● Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliverhigh-quality solutions.● Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.● Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.● Innovation & Problem-Solving● Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.● Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions.● Contribute to the architecture and design of new features.

• Proficiency in React.js (hooks, Rendering, Lifecycle Methods and more ).● Experience in Optimising bundle size, lazy loading, and memoization techniques.Required SkillsTechnical Expertise:● Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.● Good experience in Figma design tool or any other equivalent tool for UI/UX.● Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React,Reactive native, or Vue.js).● Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Jotai, Pinia).● Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services.● Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.● Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).● Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).● Performance Optimization: Knowledge of frontend performance tuning and best practices.● UI/UX: Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design principles.Preferred Qualifications● Experience: 2+ years of experience in frontend development.● Experience with TypeScript.● Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).● Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).● Specializing in React applications designed for embedded systems with limited processingpower.● Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
