Frontend Developer (Laravel Blade+Tailwind CSS)

We're looking for a Developer who can work confidently inside an existing

Laravel Blade codebase, translate

Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI and ship changes through a clean

Git/PR workflow

. This is not a "build a new SPA from scratch" role - you'll be extending and maintaining a live, server-rendered application, matching existing patterns and conventions.

What You'll Do

• Build and modify server-rendered .blade.php templates within our existing Laravel application
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect desktop layouts and hand-build responsive mobile layouts (down to ~375px)
• Write and maintain Tailwind CSS, including utility classes and arbitrary values (e.g., text-[38px], clamp(), custom gradients)
• Compile/rebuild CSS locally as part of your workflow (no CDN-based Tailwind)
• Work within our existing codebase patterns and component structure rather than rebuilding from scratch
• Submit changes via pull requests on Bitbucket and communicate reliably in an async environment

Must-Have Requirements

• Laravel Blade experience • proven experience building server-rendered .blade.php templates, not just React/static HTML
• Tailwind CSS fluency • comfortable with utility classes, arbitrary values, and responsive prefixes; understands that Tailwind must be compiled/rebuilt, not loaded via CDN
• Pixel-perfect implementation from Figma • able to match a desktop design exactly and independently build out a responsive mobile version
• Git + PR workflow • experience with Git and pull-request-based collaboration (Bitbucket preferred)
• Comfortable working inside an existing codebase • reuses established patterns rather than introducing new frameworks or rebuilding features

Nice to Have

• Backpack for Laravel (our admin/dashboard framework)
• Experience building dashboards, charts, or data-table UIs
• Basic PHP — enough to wire Blade templates to existing controllers/data
• Vanilla JS / jQuery experience

Logistics

• Able to run a local Laravel environment (composer install, npm install, npm run dev)
• Reliable async communicator; comfortable delivering work through PRs.
