Frontend Developer Javascript, Jquery, Css Ahmedabad (India)

3+ years of web development experience in a Java-based (preferred) product development organization using contemporary tools and frameworks using:

jQuery (deep understanding and extensive development experience required)

HTML (preferred)

Experience with one or more contemporary UI/CSS-generating frameworks such as 960.gs, YAML, Stylus, Less Framework, Compass is highly desired.

Experience working with MVC frameworks such as Spring MVC (preferred) or others (Ruby on Rails, Node Express, Groovy on Grails)

Must have worked on at least one commercially available product/service with significant JavaScript components.

Robust design sensibility and visual perception

Robust ability to implement pixel-perfect UIs from visual design mockups in graphical formats (e.g., .AI)

Expert level understanding of CSS is required

Experience writing cross-browser CSS and JavaScript (mobile is desired, not mandatory)

Experience writing rapid, responsive and optimized UI code.

Experience building custom JavaScript controls.

Familiarity with cutting edge CSS3 features and common workarounds.

"Onsite" experience in the US, EU, Australia or Singapore

Education

BE or B. Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline from a reputed institution
