Front End Wordpress Developer Remote

Description :About the Role :You will be responsible for front-end development across multiple websites and digital projects. You will work closely with our designers, project team, and senior backend developer, and youll play a key role in shaping our front-end standards as the team grows.Your Responsibilities :- Build and maintain websites using WordPress, custom themes, plugins, and integrations- Translate designs from Figma / Adobe XD into clean, responsive front-end code- Work on a variety of client projects in a fast-paced agency environment- Collaborate with our senior backend developer to deliver high-quality builds- Implement automation and AI tools to reduce manual tasks- Identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient development processes- Ensure strong UI/UX, performance and mobile optimisation- Troubleshoot, test and continuously improve functionality- No Code to Wordpress Themes What Were Looking For:Essential Skills:- Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, custom functions)- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and basic PHP preferred)- Experience with API integrations and third-party tools- Good understanding of responsive design and front-end best practices- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks- Strong English communication skills- Responsible, reliable, and proactiveBonus Skills (Nice to Have):- Strong skills in Figma and/or Adobe XD / No-Code To WP- Experience with automation tools or AI-driven workflows- Previous experience working in a marketing agency or handling multiple brands- Knowledge of UX/UI principles- Leadership qualities or interest in mentoring junior developers in the futureWhat We Offer:- Full-time remote role (Indonesia-based)- Option to work UK or USA time zones- Competitive market salary- Long-term stability and career growth opportunities- Supportive team environment with a senior backend developer already in place- Opportunity to take a leading role in front-end as our Indonesian team expands- Exposure to international brands, creative work, and modern toolsWho You Are:You are someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative, and uses technology to make work more efficient.
