About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Frontend UI Developer with strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript technologies to build scalable, responsive, and intuitive web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, a keen eye for user experience, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code while leveraging modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React and related technologies.

Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.

Translate high-level designs into detailed technical implementations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and Backend Engineering.

Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Ensure excellent user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate unit test coverage.

Work effectively in an Agile environment with rapid development iterations.

Leverage AI coding assistants to improve productivity, automate development workflows, and contribute to AI-powered engineering tools and practices.

Basic Qualifications

Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences.

Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of modern frontend frameworks, design patterns, and UI architecture.

Ability to build solutions considering performance, bandwidth optimization, responsiveness, and multi-device compatibility.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Ability to create and review high-level and detailed technical designs.

Strong commitment to software craftsmanship, coding standards, maintainability, and automated testing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.

Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience.

In-depth knowledge of browser internals, rendering pipeline, and browser architecture.
