About the Role

Webzyro Technologies is looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to create high-quality, visually compelling designs with a strong focus on brand identity and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and visual communication. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop designs that strengthen our clients' brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs aligned with the client's brand identity, guidelines, and communication style.
• Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent use of brand colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and visual elements.
• Understand brand requirements and convert concepts into professional visual designs.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Work on multiple brands and maintain separate visual identities for each client.
• Coordinate with the content, social media, and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure all designs are delivered within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain organized design files and editable source files for completed projects.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, branding, and social media design trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva and other modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Ability to create premium and professional brand-focused creatives.
• Good understanding of social media design requirements and dimensions.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, branding agencies, advertising agencies, or working with multiple brands will be preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share their portfolio showcasing:

• Brand identity projects
• Social media creatives
• Advertising designs
• Marketing campaigns
• Logo/branding work
• Before-and-after or brand transformation projects, if available
