Our Client, a leading FMCG Organization, is looking to engage with a Senior Associate – Impact Communications to support sustainability communication initiatives through compelling visual storytelling, content creation, and multimedia production

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual communication assets for sustainability and corporate impact initiatives.
• Create and edit videos, graphics, presentations, and digital content for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with business and sustainability teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Support communication campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Manage end-to-end multimedia production, including filming, editing, and post-production.

Skills Required

• Strong experience in visual design, videography, and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating communication content for sustainability, ESG, or corporate affairs initiatives.
• Strong storytelling, presentation design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creative outputs within timelines.
