Role Description As a Founding Web Developer (Frontend/UI) at PrivC, you will lead the design and implementation of the core user interface for the privacy verification platform. This Internship/ founding team opportunity Remote role , involves translating product requirements into responsive, accessible web interfaces, building reusable UI components, and ensuring consistent visual design across the product. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to refine user flows, optimize performance, and integrate frontend features with backend services. Day-to-day, you will prototype new features, iterate based on user feedback, maintain clean and well-documented code, and help shape engineering best practices in a young, growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and HTML/CSS.
• Solid Web Design capabilities, with experience in UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and design systems.
• Foundational Programming and Web Development skills, including version control (Git) and basic software engineering practices.
• Exposure to Back-End Web Development concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with backend services and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building production-ready web applications and shipping features in a startup or product-focused environment.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to take ownership in an early-stage, fast-moving setting.
• Interest in privacy, security, or the hospitality domain is a plus.
