Were looking for a Platform Engineer who wants to build something from scratchan integrated platform that the entire school will run on. This is an opportunity to own meaningful technical decisions, work across the full stack, and create products that directly impact thousands of students, parents, teachers, and staff.

What Youll DoBuild scalable backend APIs using Python, Django, and PostgreSQLDesign and maintain relational data modelsDevelop internal web applications for school staff using ReactContribute to the parent-facing mobile application using React NativeMigrate and integrate data from existing ERP systems and multiple data sourcesCollaborate closely with the technical advisor on architecture and product decisionsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

What Were Looking For12 years of professional experience building web applicationsStrong understanding of both frontend and backend developmentHands-on experience with ReactExperience with Python & Django (or a similar backend framework)Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)Experience designing and building REST APIsAbility to learn quickly, take ownership, and work independentlyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsWe care far more about how you build than where you studied.

Nice to HaveExperience with React NativeExposure to LLMs or AI APIsExperience with data migration or cleaning large datasetsFamiliarity with TanStack Query
