Founding Mobile Engineer (React Native | Android & iOS | AI-Native Platform)

What You'll Build

Build and scale a modern cross-platform mobile application (Android & iOS) using React Native and TypeScript.

Design intuitive, high-performance experiences for enterprise users with complex workflows, dashboards, forms, and real-time collaboration.

Develop offline-first capabilities with seamless synchronization and reliable data persistence.

Integrate with backend APIs, AI services, authentication, push notifications, camera, biometrics, and device capabilities.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience across a wide range of devices.

Build automated CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and release processes for rapid, high-quality deployments.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape architecture and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Take ownership of technical decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices as a founding member of the mobile team.

What We're Looking For

36 years of experience building production-grade mobile applications with React Native.

Robust proficiency in TypeScript, modern React, and mobile application architecture.

Experience publishing and maintaining applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Solid understanding of state management, API integration, authentication, offline storage, and mobile performance optimization.

Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and passion for building world-class products.

Bonus Points

Experience building enterprise or B2B SaaS applications.

Hands-on experience with offline-first architectures and synchronization strategies.

Experience integrating camera, barcode/QR scanning, document capture, biometrics, or other native capabilities.

Familiarity with AI-powered applications, voice interfaces, or LLM integrations.

Experience contributing to open-source projects or maintaining a strong GitHub portfolio.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you'll help launch our first production mobile application, establish scalable engineering standards, build reusable mobile components, implement reliable offline synchronization, and lay the foundation for a world-class mobile platform.
