Founding Engineer in Mumbai, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core components of the agentic AI platform end-to-end
• Develop systems for LLM orchestration, agent tooling, and user-facing interfaces
• Translate complex financial workflows into reliable, automated AI-driven solutions
• Build systems enabling AI agents to process financial data safely, accurately, and auditably
• Rapidly ship features to production, gather user feedback, and iterate continuously
• Make foundational decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure
• Contribute across the full tech stack (frontend, backend, data, ML/LLM, infrastructure)
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and culture
• Collaborate closely with founders, customers, and future engineering hires
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment
