About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development & Growth Intern to work directly with the Founder.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building the sales, marketing, and growth functions of a rapidly growing food manufacturing company.

You will contribute to real business projects, interact with industry professionals, and play an active role in expanding our B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B customers across India.
• Build and maintain databases of potential Customers
• Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound outreach.
• Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and sample dispatches.
• Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline.
• Assist in preparing company presentations, capability decks, product catalogues, and marketing material.
• Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital lead generation campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Assist in executing business development initiatives and strategic projects with the Founder.

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.
• Is eager to gain practical business experience beyond a traditional internship.

• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva

• Digital Marketing (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer brands (preferred but not mandatory)
