Role Description The Forward Deployed Product Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the individual works closely with customers and internal teams to understand real-world problems, translate them into product requirements, and prioritize solutions that deliver business value. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback, defining product roadmaps, writing clear specifications, and collaborating with engineering, design, and operations to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves monitoring product performance, supporting go-to-market activities, and communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys frequent interaction with users, and is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver product features end to end.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and measurement of product impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a structured, accessible way.
• Demonstrated capability to work on-site with customers or internal teams, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Prior experience in product management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies and basic understanding of software and digital products.
