Flutter Developer (Nagpur Residents Only, for face to face interview)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Developer to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.

You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers to build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance mobile interfaces.

Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.

Implement secure authentication using JWT/OAuth and role-based access control.

Develop features such as digital deal confirmations, order tracking, push notifications, document uploads, and claims management.

Implement offline data storage and synchronization where required.

Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience working on ERP, FinTech, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trading, or B2B applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–6 years of software development experience.

At least 2 years of hands-on Flutter development.

Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
