Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in mobile application development
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
Strong experience with Flutter packages, plugins, and native integrations
Proficiency in building complex UI and responsive layouts
Solid understanding of state management techniques (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Hands-on experience with local databases (Hive, SQflite, or similar)
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI IDEs)
Strong understanding of software design principles and performance optimization

Experience working with native Android/iOS features and integrations
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
