🛍 Experience Required: 3+ year in Jewellery Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Jewellery Consultants/Sales Associates.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and training.
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, and stock audits.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate billing, cash handling, and daily store reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, security, and operational guidelines.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store discipline.
