Novel Group is a fast-growing, Mysuru-based multi-brand consumer goods company spanning baby care (Novel Babio), personal care, cosmetics, and FMCG. We sell across Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, quick commerce

The Role

We're looking for a Flipkart Key Account Manager to own our Flipkart business end to end — revenue, growth, and the relationship with Flipkart itself.

Responsibilities

• Own Flipkart P&L, GMV, and market share across all our brands
• Manage the Flipkart Category Manager relationship and negotiate JBPs, terms, and visibility
• Drive listings, cataloguing, content, pricing, and buy-box health
• Plan and execute BBD and all major sale events — forecasting, stock, offers, banners
• Run Flipkart Ads / PLA campaigns and manage ACOS against targets
• Manage inventory planning, FBF/Smart Fulfilment, and fill rates
• Track competition, pricing, and category trends; report weekly on performance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years managing Flipkart accounts, ideally in FMCG, baby care, or personal care
• Hands-on with Seller Hub, Flipkart Ads, F-Assured, and fulfilment models
• Proven GMV growth track record with numbers to back it
• Strong negotiation skills and existing Flipkart relationships a big plus
• Data-driven, comfortable in Excel, sharp on unit economics
