Your Responsibilities

• Join Hectronic India to work on firmware development for 8 / 32 bit micro-controller based products.
• Learn the products and technology incorporated in to it to be able to independently work on firmware development.
• Be an integral part of the product design team to collaborate with hardware design and testing functions to ensure robust firmware is delivered.
• Be responsible to create robust firmware design architecture and perform solid documentation at all the stages of the development.
• Identify infrastructure and development setup needs and work with the team leader to fulfill them through various channels.
• Collaborate with global Hectronic teams to learn and share the latest technologies for uniform implementation.
• Be on the forefront to communicate with cross functional teams and the management to provide regular progress updates, escalate the risks in timely manner.
• Should be able to travel all over India whenever necessary to the installation sites for testing and Implementation

Your Qualification

Essential Qualification

• 2 - 4 years hands-on experience in firmware development of 8 / 32 bit Microprocessors / micro-controllers using C/C++.
• Experience of working on firmware development of Atmel AVR/Microchip/STM family of micro-controllers
• Excellent knowledge of Cross compilers, debuggers and emulators used for firmware development.
• Demonstrated capability of working on serial communication protocols like RS 232, RS 485, I2C, SPI etc.
• Must have worked on interfacing input / output devices like Matrix keyboards, LCDs and other types of displays.
• Should have used measurement and test equipment’s like DSO, MSO, Logic Analyzers etc.
• Methodical and logical approach with excellent analytical skills

Academic and trade Qualification

B.E (E&C, CSE, EEE)

Desirable Qualification

• Knowledge of SDLC
• Knowledge of communication protocols like MODBUS, KNX, CAN, TCP/IP etc.
• Knowledge of NI Lab View and other automation hardware
