Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities include developing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitoring key financial metrics and trends. The role involves analyzing financial statements, identifying variances, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to improve performance and manage risk. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with management presentations, and contribute to process improvements in financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP or financial systems and business intelligence tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
