Financial Analyst – Voice

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Provide end-to-end customer support.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Farrukhnagar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
