Orchid Ent Outfit Pvt Ltd is an airport retail concession operator. We hold the master retail concession at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (Leh) and the new terminal at Jodhpur Airport, both under the Airports Authority of India. We also operate Toscee Collective, a multi-brand lifestyle retail store in Noida.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to support financial modelling, analysis and reporting across our airport retail and standalone retail businesses. The role offers direct exposure to unit economics, concession structuring and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models covering unit-level P&L, cash flow projections and ROI analysis
• Analyse passenger traffic, footfall and sales data to support revenue forecasting
• Assist in evaluating commercial terms for retail units — MMG, revenue share, security deposits and CAM
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and deposit reconciliation
• Assist with data compilation for brand negotiations and investor reporting

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
• Sound understanding of basic accounting and financial statements
• Attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
• Ability to present analysis clearly and concisely
• Interest in retail, aviation or consumer businesses is an advantage
