Financial Analyst

Role Description This full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role is based in Sirkazhi. The Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, performing variance analysis, and assisting with financial planning and modeling. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to collect data, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization or revenue growth. The Financial Analyst will present findings in clear formats and support management with timely insights and recommendations.
