Financial Analyst

Role Description The Financial Analyst will work on-site in Ayodhya in a full-time capacity, supporting the firm’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements, monitoring budgets, and analyzing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. The role involves creating financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and growth. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant regulations, and effective allocation of resources. This position also includes preparing periodic financial reports for management, contributing to financial policies and procedures, and recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess performance, and identify trends and risks.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheet and financial modeling tools (e.g., advanced Excel) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to present complex information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with legal, operations, and management teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (such as CFA, CFM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in professional services, law firms, or similar environments, and knowledge of relevant financial regulations, will be considered beneficial.
