Financial Analyst

[Key Responsibilities]

• Manage project-level financial status and profitability analysis
• Estimate costs for new projects and review financial feasibility
• Prepare financial reports and management performance analysis materials
• Handle U.S. tax filing and IRS-related matters
• Support financial communication between the Korean headquarters and U.S. local teams

[Qualifications]

• Practical experience in accounting or tax
• Experience in cost analysis and profitability management
• Ability to prepare financial statements and financial reports
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
• Ability to work in both Korean and English

[Preferred Qualifications]

• CPA or relevant U.S. accounting certification
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or EPC industries
• Experience in U.S. accounting and tax matters
