Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Karur. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day activities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting variance and trend analysis, and providing insights to leadership on financial performance and risk. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting funding and investment evaluations, and contributing to financial models for programs, projects, and incubation initiatives. The Financial Analyst will also assist in improving financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with relevant financial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance for budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, conducting variance analysis, and developing financial insights.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for accurate preparation and review of financial documents.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Karur, manage multiple priorities, and communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and interest in innovation, startups, or digital transformation initiatives.
