Financial Accountant

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to provide accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory services on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling statutory compliances, preparing financial statements, ensuring timely tax filings, and providing financial guidance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST registration, return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory regulations.
• Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management support.
• Advise management on tax planning and financial optimization.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial records and company information.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI membership.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Financial statements and reconciliation reports.
• Support during statutory and tax audits.

Engagement Terms

• Freelance/Retainer basis.
• Payment: As mutually agreed (monthly retainer or per assignment).
• Flexible working hours with availability for periodic meetings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
