Finance Operations Leader

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead financial closing, statutory compliance, regulatory filings, and shareholder reporting.
• Manage centralized finance operations supporting hospital networks across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
• Ensure adherence to service commitments, financial controls, compliance standards, and delivery of cost‑saving initiatives.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI and data‑driven insights.
• Act as a strategic advisor to country CFOs and operations leaders.
• Knowledge of large‑scale finance systems integration, dependencies and global capabilities across SAP and Oracle.

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience as head of finance function.
