About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operation Analyst who will work closely with the finance and treasury team to support daily operations, analyze financial data, and derive key insights. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in fintech finance, payments, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the daily reconciliation of transactions across payment gateways
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, mismatches, and key insights
• Support in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries
• Work on accounts payable/receivable tracking and settlement monitoring
• Identify and flag discrepancies in ledgers and reports
• Assist in vendor and merchant reconciliation
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and reporting
• Maintain and update financial records and trackers
• Support ad-hoc finance and operational tasks

What You’ll Learn

• End-to-end payment gateway ecosystem
• Basics of treasury & fund flow management
• Exposure to cross-border payments & remittances (training will be provided)
• Real-world fintech operations and financial controls

Requirements

• B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance preferred)
• 3-4 years of experience
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (must-have)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work with large datasets

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in reconciliation/fintech / payments
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI / SQL / dashboards
• Understanding of GST / TDS
