About Us

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a group of investors and first-generation entrepreneurs, all of whom are ex-corporate professionals and bankers. The promoters have curated multiple sites across Shimla and other parts of North India with an aggregate development potential of a couple of million square feet.

With a vision to launch a new project every six months, Taradevi's Enclave is building a high-performing team across functions and levels to support its ambitious growth plans.

Position: Senior Accountant

We are looking for a seasoned Accountant with proven experience in the real estate sector to manage the financial and accounting functions of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping functions.

Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets, and expenditure tracking.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer receivables, and cash flow monitoring.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor project costs and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

CA, CMA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum 8–15 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of project accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
