Position Title: Finance Manager

Location: Chhindwara / Seoni / Betul / Balaghat / Mandla (as assigned)

Department: Finance & Accounts – Multi‑brand Automobile Dealerships

Role Purpose

To manage and oversee the complete financial and accounts operations of the dealership group, ensuring profitability, strong internal controls, statutory compliance, and effective financial support to Sales, Service, and Parts departments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS for management.

Track profitability by department (sales, service, spares, bodyshop, accessories) and highlight variances.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in line with business plans.

Monitor expenses, implement cost‑control measures, and analyse deviations against budgets.

Accounting & Compliance

Ensure accurate bookkeeping, general ledger control, and timely reconciliations (bank, OEM, vendors, customers).

Manage GST, TDS and other statutory returns; coordinate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure full legal compliance.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital for all outlets.

Oversee payments, receivables, ageing analysis, and inventory funding with banks/NBFCs.

OEM & Banking Coordination

Liaise with OEMs for incentives, claims, debit/credit notes, and periodic financial reporting.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs on dealer limits, term loans, and customer retail finance schemes where required.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

Implement and monitor strong internal controls to prevent revenue leakage, fraud, and policy violations.

Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit trails across all locations.

Team Management

Lead and develop the accounts and finance team across branches.

Ensure timely training, clear role allocation, and high accuracy in financial data and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Commerce; MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA (inter/qualified) preferred.

5–8+ years of experience in finance/accounts; exposure to automobile dealership or multi‑branch trading/service business preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP, Excel, and MIS reporting.

Analytical, detail‑oriented, with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work closely with business heads and OEM partners; high integrity and ethical standards
