Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting &

• Financial Management
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial administration.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit &
• Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Reports.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
• Supervise payroll processing and financial transactions.

Financial Control &

• Compliance
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and financial documentation.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure budget compliance.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.

Budgeting &

• Financial Reporting
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Generate management reports and financial KPIs.
• Support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Present financial reports and performance summaries to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Knowledge of payroll administration.
