Job Description – Finance Manager (Inter CA)

Position: Finance Manager (Inter CA)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: KOCHI

Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years in Finance & Accounts

Qualification: CA Inter / Inter CA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.

Accounts & Taxation

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
• Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Team Management

• Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all finance-related activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in Retail, Manufacturing,
• Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Audit Procedures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
