We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to lead the Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting function. The role involves preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, driving governance and financial reporting excellence, managing statutory audits, and partnering with finance teams across global entities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a multi-entity environment.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including: Statement of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Segment Reporting ,Notes to Accounts and detailed disclosures in accordance with Ind AS.

Ensure accurate elimination of investments in subsidiaries and inter-company transactions and balances.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of inter-company balances across group entities.

Prepare and review consolidated financial reports for senior management and leadership.

Support accounting for acquisitions, disposals, business combinations, and business transfer transactions.

Coordinate with finance teams across global subsidiaries to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and technical accounting requirements.

Audit

Partner with statutory auditors during quarterly and annual financial audits.

Proactively resolve audit observations and ensure timely closure of outstanding audit matters.

Ensure clean audit reports for overseas subsidiaries with no significant audit qualifications or observations.

Review statutory auditor's presentations and reports submitted to the Audit Committee.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal financial controls.

Governance and analysis

Prepare and analyse monthly foreign exchange rates and their impact on consolidated financial statements.

Drive implementation of new accounting standards, amendments, and interpretations under Ind AS.

Maintain and govern the Group consolidation system and General Ledger structure, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and user discipline.

Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews and account scrutiny across group entities.

Identify and implement automation opportunities in financial reporting and consolidation processes.

Collaborate with finance teams across countries to strengthen accounting policies, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures.

CA with minimum 4 to 6 years

Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), particularly consolidation, business combinations, and financial statement disclosures.

Hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for Indian multi-entity organizations 50+ subsidiaries including step down structure and foreign subsidiaries.

Knowledge of foreign currency accounting and inter-company reconciliations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Should be able to lead audit process with Big 4.

Experience with consolidation and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, eMerge or similar).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial interpretation skills.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with global finance teams.
