Job Title: Finance Manager – Factory Operations

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Experience: 8 - 10 years

Qualification: B. Com / MBA / CA Inter / CA / ICWA

Budget: ₹18 - 20 LPA

Key Responsibilitie

• sDevelop and implement SOPs for all factory operation
• sMonitor inventory movement from fabric to finished goods, including physical GRN and ERP entrie
• sOversee inter-warehouse (WH) movement
• sEnsure accurate reporting of business requirements and fulfilment to minimize revenue los
• sAnalyse and monitor vendor and production team performanc
• eEnsure compliance with statutory requirements for factory operation
• sTrack inventory movement of fabric and accessorie
• sOptimize costs across all production stages and review factory performance metric
• sMaintain commercial control over factory-related purchases and minimize leakage
• sEnsure accuracy in cost of goods sold (COGS) and projected cost
• sMonitor production budgets, CAPEX, and overheads for efficient resource utilizatio
• nPrepare timely financial reports, including monthly and quarterly forecast
• sMonitor and reduce wastage across all production stages and define acceptable limit
• sVerify production reports and material usage for financial accurac
• yPrepare data for ITC-04 and monitor job work stoc
• kMonitor QC rejections and drive improvement
• sConduct cycle counts and wall-to-wall stock audits; analyse variance
• sSupport audits and month-end close processe
• sReview performance reports and implement action plans for gap
• sIdentify process gaps and drive automation for efficienc
