Finance Executive

We are looking for a capable Finance Executive to support and manage the daily financial operations of our growing e-commerce company. The role involves handling accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance, and assisting management with financial data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger posting, AP/AR tracking, invoice creation, verification, approval, and timely data entry.
• Prepare and file GST and manage GST reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculation, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, budgets, and analysis under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Financial Analyst.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seller payments, platform transactions, purchase entries, and financial approvals.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning by providing required financial data.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation for all financial and statutory records.
• Assist in month-end closing, audits, and compliance-related activities.
