Data Analyst-Finance-B2C

Location: Narhe,pune

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Working Days- Mon to Sat(2nd & 4th Sat Off)+Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and manage end-to-end reconciliation activities through automation.
• Ensuring timely completion, high data accuracy, reduced unreconciled transactions, and adherence to defined SLAs for discrepancy identification and resolution.
• Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business growth.
• Extract and reconcile platform-wise settlement and order data across all B2C channels.
• Flag and track discrepancies through to resolution.
• Build and maintain reconciliation trackers and MIS dashboards.
• Support automation of recurring reconciliation templates.
• Assist with commission, advertisement and shipping charge validation against platform invoices.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Google Sheets
• SQL
• Python (Pandas preferred)
• Any BI/Visualization tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
• Basic financial understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a finance domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
