Finance Business Partner – APAC Marketing

📍 Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to support the APAC Marketing organization for a leading global OTT streaming client. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations, procurement finance, supplier management, and operational accounting who enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing teams as the primary Finance Business Partner, supporting regional marketing initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, contract reviews, invoicing, payments, and vendor governance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, IT, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support supplier sourcing, contract renewals, and compliance with procurement policies.
• Own month-end accruals, analyze spending variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review financial coding and support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and finance processes through automation and operational excellence.
• Participate in system enhancements, process optimization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with regional tax and statutory requirements, including GST and withholding tax.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Source-to-Pay (S2P) Operations.
• Strong understanding of the complete S2P lifecycle, including supplier management, contracts, procurement, invoicing, and payments.
• Experience partnering with multiple business functions across Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Tax, FP&A, and Accounting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Media, Entertainment, OTT, Technology, or Digital Streaming industries.
• Experience supporting global or APAC business functions within shared service or global capability center environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as Workday Financials, Tableau, or similar enterprise systems.
• MBA, CA, CPA, or equivalent finance qualification is preferred.
• Experience driving automation, AI-enabled finance processes, or operational improvements is a plus.
